This parent-kid yoga workshop is all about enjoying some quality time with your kid. All kids and teens from the age of 5 on are welcome with their parent, caregiver, grandma, grandpa, or whoever is in for an hour of fun!

The 8 Indians Yoga Sequence comprises of eight short forms: beginning with a unique pranayama from the Flames of Agni breath practices. This is followed by three standing postures linked by slow flow vinyasa and using the movement technique known as ullola (wave). The sequence continues with three seated postures using the ullola technique and hand mudras, and finally the sequence concludes with a short mantra meditation.
During the Aruna Yoga Teacher Training days, Nicki & Dorinda will open up the morning part of the day as a workshop. This will be a physical practice of Aruna Yoga, designed to lift your veils and discover your true self.
Lu Jong, Tibetan healing yoga, is a new kind of yoga for us. But it's already 8.000 years old and mainly focusses on letting energy flow through our bodies freely. The monks who resided in the mountains, practiced Lu Jong to stay young and full of energy. Lu Jong is rooted in Buddhist and Tibetan medicine. Tulku Lobsang brought Lu Jong to the West.
