Barbara Van OersYoga came into her life when her daughter was born, and since then it’s a faithful companion on the path of life. Barbara lived in Thailand for 12 years and studied with different international Yoga masters.
She teaches nationally and internationally over more than 8 years to adults, teens and children.
Barbara is a student for life with a beginners mind and an open view on life. To deepen her Yoga practice, she follows ongoing in-depth trainings in Ashtanga Yoga and Yin Yoga. Ashtanga Yoga is her passion and she practices the Primary Series every day with dedication. The beautiful series of postures on the rhythm of the breath, keeps on surprising and inspiring her.
In her lessons you can find many of the asanas from the Primary Series, together with gentle yin poses and pranayama excercises. Barbara likes to teach her classes with love, openness and humour. She thinks yoga is for every body.
