Love

This is the only truth. All that is real. Everything that is not Love, is an aspect of illusion or maya. The suffering, struggles and obstacles in our lives confuse this one reality. All of our myriad emotions are derivatives of fear, which is simply the absence of Love. But there can be no absence. There is simply just a focus on our story, on our drama, the expression of our current fear, doubt and worry.



 
Join me to shift that focus and access this that is real, this Love in the face of struggle. Let us collectively connect to the tools of yoga and meditation to embody and BE the Love that we are. As we quiet the mind, the fear, doubt and worry will dissolve into this Love together using the technologies of Aruna Yoga.


 
About Aruna Yoga:

Aruna Yoga is a unique yoga practice, developed by its founder Nicki Forman, encompassing all forms of yoga, including hatha, vinyasa and Kundalini inspired practices and technologies.
 Aruna Yoga is premised on the teachings of self enquiry born of Arunachala itself, and espoused by Ramana Mahrishi. It is a practice based on being present on all levels; to what is here and to be still with what arises. No matter what that is.
There is no need to be flexible or even physically able to practice Aruna Yoga. It’s aim is to open up to emotional blocks that are released using the technology of the various lineages of yoga, pranayama and meditation. It is a healing practice which aim is to awaken the practitioner to their true nature, to the freedom, peace and truth that is within us all!
